1. Who we are
NelaZo, Inc. ("NelaZo," "we," "us") operates this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to shreyas@nelazo.com or manjunath@nelazo.com.
2. What we collect
If you use the homepage form, we collect your name, email address, city or region, budget range, and purchase timeline. If you complete the NRI Property Buyer Survey, we also collect your answers and your country of residence. We do not create an account for you on this site, and we do not use those forms to collect payment details.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information to follow up on your interest in NelaZo, to understand demand from NRI buyers, and to improve the advisory service. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train unrelated advertising profiles.
4. Where it is stored
Form submissions are written to Google Cloud Firestore in the Firebase project that hosts this site. Access for NelaZo staff is through the Firebase console. Security rules allow the public only to create a new submission, not to read, change, or delete existing ones.
5. How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to follow up or to understand demand, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your submission by emailing us from the address you used on the form.
6. Sharing
We may share your details with a NelaZo advisor or an empanelled partner only as needed to respond to your request. We may also share information if required by law. Infrastructure is provided by Google Firebase / Google Cloud.
7. Your choices
Forms are optional. Submitting one requires that you confirm you have read this policy. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your submission by emailing us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the date the posted version took effect.
